"A very calming and professional phone manner"

I phoned the Booking Office to enquire about the waiting times for an Ultrasound appointment that I am waiting for for my daughter. Liam who works there and dealt with my phone call was fantastic. Liam gave me all the information required and advice and has a very calming and professional manner on the phone. I really feel Liam should be commended for this as this is not always the case when phoning NHS services. Thank you for your help Liam, you are doing a great job!
