(as the patient),

The care given was excellent. I attended the dermatology minor surgery dept for the removal of a cyst. David, Mary and Lynda cared for me. 

David did the surgery and was marvellous. He made me feel at ease. He explained his plan for the procedure and aftercare. He was very efficient and caring.  My overall experience was excellent. Thank you everyone.
