"The care I am given is amazing"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Laser Suite

(as the patient),

I attend the laser clinic every 6/8 weeks and the care I am given is amazing.

Joy the HCA greets me at the door and instantly puts me as ease with her smiling face and attentiveness.

The nurse performs the laser and reassures me and is very gentle with what can can be a very painful experience.

I want to thank them both very much x
