As a disabled individual, I rely on accessible transport to attend a local day care centre three days a week. For months, I have been attempting to arrange a suitable taxi service through your organisation. However, despite ongoing efforts, this matter remains unresolved. Meanwhile, I have noticed that other individuals attending the same day care are successfully receiving taxi services.
Currently, I am incurring significant expenses, as I have had to pay for private transportation. This situation is particularly frustrating and causing me undue stress.
