"Your professionalism was exceptional"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Audiology

(as the patient),

I visited the Audiology department in Exeter as I was encountering issues with my hearing and Chime had lost the contract.

Laura was pro-active (she had looked at my records before I went into the appointment)

Offered me an appointment the following week for a full hearing test. She was thorough, friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly so I understood exactly what she was trying to achieve.

My thanks to Laura - your professionalism was exceptional and much appreciated - I am now hearing much better and it makes such a difference.

Well done to the department who are obviously inundated with queries at the moment
