"Complaints "

Well me and my partner are trying for IVF and this medical practise, has not even tried to help us with a referral to a clinic, just keep getting past from pillow to post, they say it needs to be a "professional person". Which if they are not, I dont understand, what they are suppose to be. I can be almost sure this Dr's and nurses have had kids of there own, but imagine what it feels like to need help with having just one baby, it's not much to ask for really. Im 33 and my partner is 34 this year, we are not getting any younger and the people at this practise have no instrest in helping me, to get one thing, that I cant do by myself. So yes I hope your happy about that.
