"All staff from start to finish were excellent"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Accident & Emergency Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Orthopaedics (Wards 10a, 10b, 10c &10d)

(as a parent/guardian),

Would like to thank the A&E staff and the Orthopaedic staff at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Glasgow for looking after my daughter with a finger injury.  All staff from start to finish were excellent and should be praised for what they do.  I cannot fault the hospital at all but praise it for their patient care.

Thank you all for looking after my daughter.  She is now on the mend thanks to all involved.

Nicola Hunter, Staff Nurse, Emergency Department. Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Glasgow.

Dear DebiMac.

Thank you very much indeed; for your positive feedback concerning your daughter’s care in the Emergency department; and subsequently; with the Orthopaedic staff. You and your daughter must be relieved that her finger injury is healing; and I am glad that she is recovering well. Receiving such positive feedback from our patients is so much appreciated; and I will share your praise and feedback with my colleagues in the Emergency department and with my Orthopaedic colleagues. Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback.

With regards— from Nicola
