"My session had to be cut short"

I feel so so sorry for the staff at this new clinic (Fulton clinic). My session had to be cut short because there was only one member of staff on and they seemed so stressed and kept repeating themself over and over. I never actually got to state what I wanted as a plan or what the plan options were because someone knocked on the door to get them to see other people.

The place seemed to me to be just loaded with people abusing the service for supplementations and shakes and I think it must be hard for staff to know which people have actual diet issues and which people are just seeking free stuff. The abuse that I witnessed was also shocking. Shouting and swearing at staff and people in all sorts of states being a danger to people.
