I was able to see a doctor, about recurrent thrush and herpes outbreaks, on the day I called for an appointment. She was very reassuring and explained all the possible next steps clearly, and kindly.

I answer phone calls from patients, book their appointments, find answers to their questions through liaising with clinicians, welcome patients and help where necessary. Plus admin duties.
