About: Sexual Health Services - South Staffordshire (Open Clinic)

(as a service user),

Came to the clinic without realising the walk in hours weren’t starting for another 2/3 hours, the receptionist asked me in confidence what the matter was, she could tell i was clearly in distress and she kindly managed to book me an appointment to be seen.

My nurse Terri, ever so kind and understanding and caring, she reassured me that she will support me regardless. She examined me really professionally and kept me updated on what she was doing. Offered me extra tests just to make sure everything is okay. I was really scared and emotional originally, but my reception lady and Terri made me feel really comfortable. thank you so much ladies, it’s so appreciated
