"Fantastic practice "

I applied for another fit note . Receptionist red flagged a problem. I am really happy that she did this. I now have a correct fit note . I wasn’t surprised with my practice. Service has always been good and I know . Apparently I haven’t given information . I’ve had a ct scan which shows surgical scarring. I’m now back to my surgical consultant . I want to give a good review but I think I’m going to give up
