"Personal and caring approach"

Have attended cardiology outpatients with my elderly mother over last few months as she was followed up for her new pacemaker 

She has experienced exemplary care. All staff have  been both professional and friendly 

They have spent time and care listening and explaining all the tests and answering all mum’s questions. 

A speacial thanks to Lorraine in the ecg and Bp monitoring and to Joanne in echo. For their personal and caring approach to mum. Which made bringing her to the appointments so much easier
