Tried to get an appointment today at 8am told to press 1 to hold my place in the queue for phone back which I did. When this happened I was asked my details then my problem then told all appointments had gone. This could not have happed!
I was straight on the button at 8am when phoning. So ether the phone ‘hold in the queue system’ isn’t working or someone was deliberately deferring my place after asking about my problem and decided it didn’t need attending too that day?!
If this practice cannot cope with the present number of patients why is it advertising for yet more? This is an appallingly poor way to manage a NHS service. Or is it not being managed correctly or effectively?
