"Friendliness, care, professionalism and courtesy"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Oral Surgery & Medicine ( Wards 63)

(as the patient),

I am discharging from Ward 63, QEUH. This is my second stay on the ward, following some major surgery in January.

Words like Thank You will never properly convey me feelings for the team of this unit. The friendliness, care, professionalism and courtesy from everyone, top to bottom has been amazing.

I was very unwell on my previous visit, and the team here played a massive part in my rehabilitation, and has helped get me back to where I am today.

Massive, massive thanks to Karen, Martin and the nursing team. Mr Wales, and the surgical team, as well as Physios, dieticians and anyone else on the ward.

The care and compassion shown to myself, and others around, should not be understated.

Keep up the amazing work.
