"Treatment I received was all very good"

About: Inverclyde Royal Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics Royal Alexandra Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics (wards 21-23)

(as the patient),

Fell and dislocation to my left radius and ulna whilst playing tennis. The treatment that I recieved from Inverclyde Royal Hospital and Royal Alexandra Hospital where I was operated on was very good.

The staff from the ward auxiliaries to the doctors were very informative and had a lovely patient rapport. They all made you feel less anxious.

Hi Jovi

Thank you so much for your positive feedback regarding your recent injury and treatment at both Inverclyde Royal and Royal Alexandria Hospitals.

It is encouraging to know that staff will have recognised your anxiety regarding your surgery and managed to alleviate this.

I will pass your lovely words on to the staff, who will be delighted to know that their hard work has been appreciated.

Wishing you well in your recovery and hope you manage to get back to playing tennis.

Regards

Susan
