"Excellent joined-up service"

Following a telephone consultation with one of the GPs (whose name I'm apparently not allowed to mention) and a follow-up appointment with a member of the clinical team (ditto), I was contacted again by the clinical team staff member who had - proactively and assiduously - followed up on the test she had performed. She told me the nature of the - irritating but longstanding - problem and let me know a prescription had been issued. Later that day, a text arrived from the Chemist telling me the prescription was ready. Excellent joined-up service!
