"My doctor was really kind"

About: Arches Wellbeing and Treatment Centre

(as the patient),

I had my IUD removed at Holywood Arches SRH clinic. I’ve had some traumatic medical experiences as a young child which makes me a bit emotional before gynae exams.

My dr was really kind, gently asked if I was ok, if I needed help, if I was safe. After a few tears I felt better and safe enough to continue with the procedure.
