"Amazing service"

Following a minor operation in hospital to remove a small lump from my nose two days later, I woke with a severe infection around my eye, nose and cheek. I telephoned Wick surgery at 8:45am on a Monday morning and following the call with the receptionist, I sent a picture of my face as requested and a Doctor phoned me within 20 minutes and I had a telephone conversation about my face. The doctor was most reassuring, and she had obviously read my patient’s notes because she knew about my allergies and a past infection in my face. The doctor prescribed antibiotics for me to collect immediately from the surgery and I was home and had taken the first antibiotic tablet by 10am. I am most grateful for the help and advice I received from the surgery and cannot thank them enough for all they did for me.
