"They keep letting me down"

Where to start...

First of all when you request not to see a specific doctor again, and they email you back saying they will put in your record that you don't want to see them again, they will assign you to them anyways! It doesn't matter how many times you tell them, they will not respect your wishes to see a different doctor! They will keep assigning you no matter what!

Secondly, you always have to sit through 30-60 minute telephone queues, only for the receptionists to rudely hang up on you if you take longer than 3 minutes with them. So if you have any questions or issues with the service, you can just forget it apparently.

Thirdly, they seemingly do not offer face to face appointments anymore as everytime I've tried contacting them it's always a text or a telephone call.

The service has been appauling.
