About: Chalmers Hospital

(as a service user),

I just had my coil inserted at Chalmers Hospital by a lovely nurse working with student Freya I think? I was terrified but they both made me feel very comfortable, respected my choices, and were very kind.

I was so surprised at how straight forward it all was! I’ve never had babies so was worried it would be incredibly painful but I’d give it a 2/10 for discomfort. Super quick and easy!

I am glad to read that your procedure went well, and that the nurse and Freya were able to make you feel so comfortable and respected. An unknown procedure can be a worrying time and I am pleased that you were surprised at how super quick and easy this ended up being!
