I had a cardiac ablation procedure a few days ago and wanted to share my experience.
All the staff from pre-med to the operation to after care were all fantastic. What is usually a day case op turned into a two night stay for me due to my particular circumstances. The care during the op and afterwards could not be faulted at all. Medical staff from healthcare assistants right through to Consultant were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and able to put my mind at ease. Meals were excellent too.
My grateful thanks to all on ward 37 and everyone i have met during this journey.
