I was recently admitted to Hereford County Hospital for 5 days and was genuinely touched by the compassion, professionalism, and dedication of everyone involved in my care.
The A&E team responded quickly to my anaemia and duodenal ulcer, and the staff on Lugg Ward provided such calm and attentive support throughout. Special thanks to Nurse AV for her humour, Beth and the student nurses for their gentleness, Dr. Kumar and his team for their skill, and Nurse Kitty for her patience and kindness.
Everyone worked together like a well-oiled machine — from the consultants to the cleaners — and created a truly healing environment.
Thank you all — not only for the care, but for the grace with which you offered it.
