"I have found myself constantly going around in circles"

I feel I was misdiagnosed at this practice years ago for a serious illness, and am now living with the side effects. I have been unsupported, I’ve not been treated well in general let alone with my disabilities.

I have been left without prescriptions, I have tried to follow up on plans that are then changed. I have had forms filled in incorrectly, I have had serious questions/notes input on the system incorrectly.

I have been talked over by members of staff. I made a complaint to merely seek support, I had an awful response after 6 months and got taken off the practice.

I have also sought fertility help; the doctor I saw said repeatedly it didn’t matter that my bloods were done on the wrong day as only progesterone is necessary, couldn’t tell me why bar repeating theirself and refused to do them correctly. A fertility specialist at the hospital then also told me and agreed with me that these blood tests were done on the wrong day and now need repeating. The amount of blood I have had taken because of incorrect information and dismissal from this practice is shocking.

I have found their attitude to be combative, and I have found myself constantly going around in circles.
