1. The course was good and enjoyable, the instructors were really good, patient, knowledgeable and friendly.
2. Made me feel really good and confident with doing the exercises myself at home . gym.
3. The only thing that would have been better is an extra treadmill.

Thankyou for taking the time to tell us about your experience, it is great to hear that you found the course enjoyable and that the staff team were very good. It is good to hear that you are feeling confident to do the exercises at home and gym.
As you have suggested an improvement, I will discuss with the team leader if we can identify which venue you attended to consider the equipment provision and determine if a further treadmill is feasible. thankyou for suggesting this- if you could advise what venue you attended please feel free to contact me on my email so I can look into this further.
