"Really impressed with the entire experience."

About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute)

I was referred to NGH Breast Clinic for a lump on my breast. I was asked to attend my appt on a Sunday, which was great as it meant I didn't need to take any time off work. I was called Sunday morning to ask if I could come any earlier, to which I did and I was seen immediately. Every single member of staff I came into contact with was kind, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Thankfully, at the end of my appointment I was given the all clear, but until that moment I was extremely anxious & cannot thank all of the staff enough for making a terrifying visit a little more bearable! Thank you for everything you do.

It is also good to hear that a Sunday appointment was really convenient for you as it can be stressful trying to book time off work in the week for appointments.
