"Poor service"

About: General practices in Ayrshire & Arran

(as a service user),

I have  a number of medical conditions that I am trying to carefully manage to ensure that my health doesn't deteriorate.  The care and service offered by my local GP practice is far short of what is required or expected.  I have been trying to get blood test results for nearly four weeks now, and after five phone calls I still don't have access to them.  These results will help inform how I continue to self manage my conditions and not having access to these results is causing unnecessary stress.
