"Treated with respect and kindness"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Accident & emergency Forth Valley Royal Hospital / GP Out of Hours

(as a service user),

I attended Stirling A&E recently with severe back pain following a fall. The receptionist was very understanding pleasant and patient . After a short wait I was given a thorough examination by Debbie and was very reassured by her diagnosis.

Throughout the consultation she was very professional pleasant and caring.  I left the hospital  feeling so much  happier. Once again I have to thank the staff for their dedication. Every time we have had occasion to attend Out of Hours we have been treated with respect and kindness.

Good afternoon Chatty Cathy

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of you recent visit to the minor injury unit. This will be passed onto Debbie, feedback is important to us.
