"It was very professional and I felt taken care of"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Minor Injuries Unit

(as a service user),

After calling 111, I was told to go to AE. I got told to go to minor injury when I arrived.

I got taken into very quickly, checked throughly, and explained everything which was happening and being done.

I then got medication prescribed and well explained how to take it.

Overall, it was very professional and I felt taken care of.
