About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Outpatients Services

(as a service user),

I’m writing this on behalf of a relative who used transport services to attend an outpatient appointment.

Initially there was a delay in arranging transport back home. However, a very kind and helpful man called Riley who was working on the main desk, got the transport home arranged. Nothing was too much trouble for him and we feel he deserves the praise.
