"Positive care"

I was in A&E with an infection from a surgical wound that was leaking CSF. Not a speciality at the Victoria, but the female Dr who treated me and then had me blue lighted to ERI, was so kind and patient with me.

I do not remember her name but she is amazing with patients and deserves praise. This was in the Resus area

Please pass on this praise as I felt so reassured compared to my visit to the department a few months ago which had made me reluctant to be seen there and had delayed me attending.
