(as the patient),

I became unwell at home late May. I called nhs 24 and was advised to go to the A&E department at forth valley hospital. On arrival the staff who processed me through to triage were amazing and the same with all the staff I came into contact with in triage were also excellent.

I was admitted to ward B31 after an x ray and ct scan which confirmed I had pneumonia. I think it’s important to acknowledge my experience as the care I received while recovering in hospital was amazing. So just a huge thank you to everyone who took care of me.
