I attended the Victoria Hospital endoscopy unit and was nervous and was immediately put at ease by Jackie the nurse and then the 2 nurses in the endoscopy room with me.
Dr Robertson was the endoscopist and was so compassionate and kind also. Thank you all
Also the gentleman who booked my appt by phone was the nicest professional and should also be highlighted. Thank you
