"Excellent treatment, efficient, most caring ,…"

I attended for review of procedure taken place at a different hospital. However lancs teaching hospitals cover when necessary. I was directed therfore to telephone then offered an appointment.

I was provided with excellent communication, reassurance, most prompt treatment with x ray , consultation and treatment. The nurse was most kind, approachable and efficient.

The doctor I felt most confident in his assessment of my infection and change of medication. He was so very skilled, efficient and kind, caring. If every doctor was same the NHS would be something to be extremely proud of. I'd like both the doctor and nurse to receive this compliment and would like to say thank you.
