About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / General Surgery

(as a service user),

Poor care. Barely seen by assigned consultant who was very negative from the outset. I felt they were cold and not compassionate. Some of the nursing staff I saw are kind and some of them are cold. Hit or miss ward.
