I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Whitstable Health Centre, especially the receptionist who helped me and my partner over the phone. She was incredibly kind, patient, and truly went above and beyond to assist me. You could tell she truly cared about every person who she came in contact with.
Her professionalism and empathy really stood out and made me feel confident that I was in good hands.
She knew exactly what to do and how to assist me, an appointment with on duty doctor was booked in and my enquiry was resolved promptly.
I must mention on duty doctor too, she was equally wonderful. Doctor was very knowledgeable, kind and caring, she reassured me and made me feel at ease.
I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent care and top-notch service.
