"Friendly and gave A+ care"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Urology

(as a service user),

Positives - I was very nervous for surgery. All the nurses, HCSW, theatre nurses, the anaesthetist, and consultant were all amazing, friendly and gave A+ care.

Negatives - Although it was a Saturday, I think it would still be beneficial for the main hospital reception to be open with at least 1 person working.

Morning,

My name is Pauline Hope and I am the Clinical Nurse Manager for Urology. Thank you for taking the time to share your recent hospital experience on Care Opinion.

It is lovely to read and I shall share this with the nursing and medical staff.

I shall look into the reason why there was no hospital reception staff working but if you wish to discuss this further please contact me on 01592 643355 ext 20010.

I hope you are recovering well at home.

Take care

Pauline
