"Great Practice "

I was recently prescribed an ointment for skin condition. I felt that it was very strong medicine and wanted to start with something milder form. I spoke to the receptionist to put me in touch with GP. A telephone consultation was arranged within a couple of days and when I spoke to the GP he changed the medication straight away and said we will review it.

I thought this was quite good. In a hind sight I would have liked to have the appointment sooner than waiting for two days.
