"Couldn’t have asked for better!"

I have attended the A&E department 3 times now in the last 8 days with my daughter who broke her arm. From the moment we walked into the waiting room we have had the best possible care. Every nurse and doctor we have encountered have been kind, courteous and informative. They have explained every step along the way and giving rational and apologising for any waits, although those have been minimal. Each time we have been in and out in a few hours, last less than 30 minutes to be recasted.

Each time the staff have ensured we’re in and out as quick yet as safe as possible. I honestly couldn’t praise the nursing staff enough, absolute credit to the NHS!
