"Waiting room"

On the ear nose department I had to wait 1 hour, even though I got there 5 min early.

I had the appointment at 11, I was called at 12 just because someone was late.

Some person had an appointment before me and did not showed up until 11:40.

Before me ware 2 more people waiting. We all ware waiting just because this guy was late.

My point is, if someone is late call the next person. Not to wait on the person that did not make it on time, that's why you guys have delays.
