I had a followup for ultrasound and then doctor consultation, was asked to wait in waiting area and after 3 hours for doctors consultation, on enquiry i was informed as my name is not on paitient list and the concerned nurse marked patient not attended. Nobody botheredto check in the waiting room.
Waste of time, keep asking staff if you are not attended for few hours
