About: Edgware Community Hospital / Neurological Rehabilitation Centre

(as a service user),

I hope you and your team are well. I just wanted to email to thank you for the support you provided me during my return to work. Over the past two years I have engaged with lots of medical professionals from lots of different teams, and you and your team were far and away the most supportive and effective. The practical advice I received was incredibly important in allowing me to phase back into work full time. I would not have been able to do this without your input.

Although I have not fully recovered, and life continues to be challenging, I would like to thank you for supporting me to return to work and regain some of my old routine back.

Once again, thanks so much for everything you have done for me.

Thank you for your comments about the advice you have received form the vocational rehabilitation service. I'm very glad that you have found it supportive and that it was important in the way that you phased back to full time work. This information is very encouraging for us to hear and we wish you all the best for your future plans, despite the challenges you continue to face with Post Covid symptoms.
