"Waiting nearly an hour for my appointment"

I am very disappointed and upset. I took half day off to sort my appointments. I’ve had appointment booked and was waiting until 50 minutes past my booked time and still didn’t see the doctor. I couldn’t wait longer because I had another appointment at different place.

This is very very poor! In my experience, they are always late! Never pick up the phone. Staff on reception completely ignored me when I wanted to ask how long until doctor see me. Completely no respect for people’s time.

This is happening every single time!
