"Great Health & Wellbeing Coach"

After recently being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and placed on medication I was asked if I wanted to see the Health and Wellbeing Coach. I was willing to give it a go and I'm so glad that I did! Had a call with Paula and I haven't looked back. From the first time I spoke to her she has been so motivational. I have seen her every Friday since February, she weighs me and then we chat about food and exercise and she gives advice about lifestyle changes.

I'm losing weight (which I was struggling doing) and having Paula's motivational chats keeps me going when I think I can't do it.

If you get the choice to be referred then do it, you won't look back.
