"Best GP surgery "

My 90 year old dad was with another surgery for decades, which sadly neglected his health needs. It was impossible to get appointments and when he was seriously ill they refused to visit him. The receptionists were always unhelpful and often quite impolite. It was exhausting trying to ensure he received the right treatment and care. We were reluctant to find another surgery thinking that he would have the same problems. We couldn’t have been more wrong.

Once we moved him to Latchford Medical Centre he received their full attention. The GPs visited him when he was ill. The District Matron helped him with various ailments and the Practice Nurse has been fastidiously monitoring his blood sugar.

All members of staff, including the receptionists, have all been highly professional, kind and supportive. They have treated my dad with nothing but respect, courtesy and complete understanding.

They also feed back to the family so we are onboard with changes to his health and medication.

It’s a massive weight off our minds to know that he is in such goods hands.

We are extremely grateful. Latchford Medical Centre staff are an amazing team.
