(as the patient),

Today i had my tonsils removed, every single person that worked here was so so helpful and lovely, im a very nervous patient and everyone here was so reassuring kept checking on me to make sure i was alright, was very happy with how i got taken care of

Thank you for posting your positive experience of the Day Surgery Unit here at University Hospital Monklands.

I am delighted to hear the staff were helpful and demonstrated excellent patient centered care.

The staff recognise that having a procedure undertaken can be a very anxious time for patients and the importance of ensuring patients are well informed and reassured.
