"Very poorly ran practice"

I've never really experienced a practice like this one before.

My experience has been poor from the start. There seems to be a real lack of care of the patients and practice which is badly ran from all aspects. My negative experiences include:

1) Sign up - Even though I'm a competent relatively young person who is confident with technology the sign up process to the Evergreen app was terrible. It required me to call the surgery multiple times to get the account to go live.

2) Patient follow up - I went in with a complaint and I was told they would ask the hospital if I could be referred for a scan. I still to this date have not heard anything back on this.

3) Appointments - Generally only offered telephone appointments, which take around 5-7 days to actually get one. If you dare to miss their calls, when you call back and ask for them to call back you. Whether they call back or not is like rolling a dice. Then get a message saying you have to rebook an appointment to expect another 5-7 day waiting time.

4) Medical seem to lack care/knowledge/patient service.

5) Long waiting times when you try to call in.

6) Feels like the doctors/medical staff are sitting at home giving casual advice over the phone.

I'm not trying to say all the staff at the practice are bad. But there seems to be some really fundamental organisation issues.
