About: East Kilbride Locality Support Service / Treatment Room (East Kilbride)

(as the patient),

Had to pop in to get my bloods done

Brilliant service by the receptionists

Short wait & then seen by Brenda, lovely to be dealt with by Brenda. The nurses often have trouble getting my blood because I don’t drink enough water

I did today, Brenda was super efficient & drew what she needed on her first attempt

I know The NHS often get a kicking but I always receive great service from all concerned
