"Completely broken. Very poorly managed"

Virtually impossible to get an appointment. Called in on 3 May to book an appointment as had stomach pains. Was offered one at the end of July. Enquired if there might be anything sooner. Was given a triage phone call sometime between 9am - 5pm. No call received but at 4:30 received a text message to advise that I should see a doctors face to face not have a phone call (what I’d asked for originally). Was told surgery would call me. They didn’t. I called them and was advised that there were no available appointments for the foreseeable future. Questioning this I did eventually get a cancellation a week later. Whitchurch used to be a fantastic practice but since 3W took over it has been a disaster. Need to move practice as I don’t want to die young!
