Dear perseuscs96

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to share this lovely feedback about the care provided by the Medical Oncology Team, University Hospital Crosshouse.

I sorry to hear that you had recent diagnosis of bowel cancer. This must be such a scary and anxious time for you. I am however, heartened to hear that our staff within Ward 5E have been able to provide such compassionate and professional support to you. This is a lovely example of the person centered care that we strive to provide.

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients and it will be my pleasure to share your kind comments with the wider Oncology Team and with the staff in Ward 5E in particular. I know they will all be delighted to receive this feedback and it will be really encouraging for them to know that you feel so well supported by them.

Please accept my best wishes and thank you once again for taking the time to acknowledge your care experience.

Kind Regards

Pamela
