"Very long wait to be seen"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Maternity

(as a relative),

Checked in for an appointment. Sat for over an hour waiting to be seen.

It would be easier to take if there was some communication from staff to say that it's running late and maybe give a reason.

I have taken time out of my work day to attend the appointment with my wife which I will have to make up.
